Data Processed and Data Source
Data voluntarily provided by the user during registration or later, in order to use the services offered. The user data collected by the Controller for registration and for participating in services, contests, and events (hereinafter, “Services”) may include: email address, mobile number, account profile, date of birth, gender, province, municipality of residence, and any other personal information voluntarily provided by the user.
Browsing data: The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Site may acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data, whose transmission is implicit in internet communication protocols or useful for optimal system performance. This information is collected for statistical purposes or to monitor the proper functioning of the Site, and is not aimed at identifying users. Web contact data is not retained after processing, except in cases of suspected cybercrime.
Child Protection
The Site is intended exclusively for adult users. Registration by minors is not accepted. Private users or companies may report any violations to the Controller using the contact details provided in section 7 of this policy.
Consent and Legal Basis for Processing
Consent for the purposes described in Section 1 is mandatory to access the Site’s services.
The legal bases for processing the personal data described in Section 1 are: fulfillment of contractual obligations, execution of pre-contractual activities, administrative-accounting purposes, and legal compliance.
Consent for the purposes in Sections 2 and 3 is optional.

1. Contractual, Pre-contractual, and Legal Purposes
Providing personal data and consenting to processing for the following purposes is required in order to use the Site’s Services:

The Controller may process data for profiling purposes with explicit user consent. This includes the creation of user profiles based on parameters like spending habits, service use, commercial interests, etc.
The purpose is to improve services and deliver personalized marketing. Consent can be revoked at any time.
5. Data Processing Methods and Retention
Personal data will be processed both manually and electronically, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Data collected for Section 1 purposes will be retained for 5–10 years.
- Data from Sections 2 and 3 will be kept for up to 24 months, and for certain industries (telecom, media, e-commerce, utilities) for up to 48 months.
6. Data Access and Disclosure
Data may be accessed by the Controller’s staff and collaborators (trained under Article 29 GDPR), and by third-party service providers acting as external data processors (e.g., IT services, consultants, cloud providers).
